DIY Furniture Inspiration
Didn’t get outfit pictures again, so I decided to show some DIYs I did in my pre-blog days. Since I had to have my iPhone replaced, some of these are from instagram.
I bought these 2 pieces at Goodwill and they totaled about $30 together. Then I sanded, primed and painted. They’re the same color, so I’m not sure why the nightstand looks lighter. I took a better picture of the chest of drawers [below], but my nightstand was drowning in textbooks…so I went without. I bought fairly modern handles, and crystal knobs for the top pieces.
While furnishing my apartment this summer, I just couldn’t find a dining table I liked so…… I made one!
It turned out to be more work than I thought, but I love the finished product! I got the chairs of Craigslist, too!
Also, I wrote about meeting Rita Ora the other day, but didn’t have pictures yet. I finally got one and I was so excited!
Have you done any furniture DIYs? I wish I had more time to keep doing them!

That kitchen table is awesome. This past weekend I bought a used door and put it on top of two file cabinets, then topped it off with plexi for a desk! Its bigger than it needed to be, but it was really easy. Happy DIY-ing
